Returns
All sales are final and no refunds will be given unless otherwise stated under these terms.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us at cservice@raganstore.com within 14 days of delivery so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Claims for visible damage, defects, or shortages reported after 14 days may not be accepted.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
If your order is shipped to a destination in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, for any reason and without justification. To withdraw, contact us at cservice@raganstore.com with your name and order reference, or use the withdrawal button on our store. You must return the goods within 14 days of notifying us, and you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods. We will refund the price of the goods plus the standard outbound delivery cost within 14 days of being informed of your withdrawal. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods back or you provide proof that you have sent them. You are liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
