Before You Order

How much does each trophy cost?

Trophy costs per style:

  • Honorable Mention: $199
  • Winner: $250
  • Top Honoree: $250
  • Award of Distinction: $325

Additional shipping costs may apply depending on your location.

What does the trophy look like?

The image shown on the form is a placeholder. The actual award will feature an etched version of the program logo and the custom information you provide.

What does the trophy design include?

The trophy design features the program title, the program logo, and the category of your winning submission. You may also include custom text on the trophy (e.g., your name, company, or department).

Can I customize the trophy design or material?

At this time, the trophy design and materials are standardized across all programs.

Placing an Order

Can I order more than one trophy at a time?

Yes! You can order multiple trophies. However, if each trophy requires different custom text, please submit one form per trophy to ensure accuracy.

How do I provide the copy for my trophy?

When ordering, please provide the exact lines of text you would like engraved on the trophy in addition to the standard design. If you’re ordering multiple trophies with different copy, please fill out a separate form for each trophy.

What if I don’t need extra lines of text?

If additional lines aren’t needed, write 'N/A' in those fields on the form. ('N/A' will not appear on the final trophy.)

What payment methods are accepted?

Shopify accepts all major credit and debit cards.

Can I receive an invoice for my order?

Yes — once your order is placed, you’ll automatically receive a confirmation email with an invoice. If you need a custom or itemized invoice for accounting purposes, please contact barbarak@ragan.com.

Production & Shipping

How long does production and shipping take?

Please allow approximately 3–4 weeks for production and shipping.

Can I rush my order?

Standard production and shipping take 3–4 weeks. If you need a faster turnaround, please reach out to barbarak@ragan.com. Expedited service may be available for an additional fee.

Can I ship trophies to multiple addresses?

Currently, each order can only be shipped to one address. If you need trophies sent to multiple locations, please place separate orders for each destination.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, international shipping is available. Shipping costs and delivery times may vary depending on the destination country.

After You Order

What happens if I find an error after submitting my order?

Please contact us immediately after placing your order. If production hasn’t started, we may be able to correct the text. Once engraving begins, changes cannot be made.

What should I do if my trophy arrives damaged?

If your trophy arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery. Include photos of the damage and your order number so we can arrange a replacement.

Can I return or exchange a custom trophy?

Because trophies are custom-made, they are non-refundable
and non-exchangeable, except in the case of damage or production error.
